The Elegant Bead is not responsible for damage, breakage, stretching, tarnishing, or loss resulting from normal use, improper care, or external factors after purchase.

Please put your jewelry on after your lotion and perfume has dried so as not to alter the materials on your jewelry.

Repairs or adjustments may be offered at The Elegant Bead’s discretion. Fees will vary depending on the nature of the repair, time since purchase, and material.

The Elegant Bead does not guarantee that all items can be repaired.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Elegant Bead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability, if any, shall not exceed the original purchase price of the jewelry or service.
