Ready made pieces are sent within 5 business days of completed payment. Custom pieces will be made to order and shipping will be communicated to you. Items are shipped USPS Ground Advantage Mail. Delivery confirmation is included with all Domestic packages. If you would like to insure your package let me know and I will send you an adjusted invoice.

I will do everything possible to ensure your item arrives to you safely and in a timely manner.

Your jewelry will arrive beautifully gift wrapped in a small box. Multiple items will be combined, unless separate boxes are requested in the order notes.

Shipping Cost:

Under $175 – Colorado: $12, Outside of Colorado: $15, Hawaii and Alaska: $20

Due to complexities of international shipping, I am no longer shipping internationally. I apologize for any inconvenience.

 

Returns & Exchanges

I want you to be overjoyed with your purchase. If you are not, I will gladly exchange your purchase for something else. Or, I will gladly issue a refund.

The item(s) must be returned to me within 30 days of the purchase date. Jewelry must be returned to me in its original condition and box. If the piece does not arrive or is altered or damaged, I cannot accept the return. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility. You can choose a refund or exchange for store credit as your return. I will provide each on a case by case basis.
